We want you to love your purchase from Next Store. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Shipping Returns
